Many of our providers ask us “Why Can’t I Find My Website?” Because you aren’t marketing properly to the search engines!! How does this work and what do the packages include?

Online Marketing Director Program

You will work directly with the Online Marketing Director to formulate the right plan and the right keyword phrases for your business. This consists of the following over the contract period of 12 months:

• Personal OMD: AssistGuide will provide a Personal Online Marketing Director to assist you with your Online Marketing Campaigns. Your Personal OMD will work specifically with you and your company to get your website the highest rankings and traffic at the lowest possible costs.
• Search Engine Optimization: We adjust content to work positively with the search engines, including, but not limiting to: graphic ALT tags, keyword frequency, keyword relevancy, and meta tag descriptions, keywords, title, and content.
• Submittals: We submit your site to the search engines so that they are alerted to your presence and will be indexed sooner. Submission is to all the major Search Engines including Yahoo!, Google, Ask Jeeves, MSN, AOL, Alta Vista, and many more.
• Monthly Analysis: Your AssistGuide OMD will provide monthly tracking and studies to help ascertain the placement and visibility of your company's high quality distinctive website. Your website is resubmitted on an ongoing basis as updates and changes are made to the "tags", titles and content of your site.
• Monthly Reports: We provide excellent detailed monthly reports containing where you rank within each search engine, who ranks above you, and who ranks below you, as well as how much you have progressed or declined over time.

Google AdWords

AdWords is what is known as a pay-per-click program. You pay to be listed in the Google search engine in the “Sponsored Links” section, in the right hand column of the search results pages. Pay-per-click means just that; you pay when someone clicks on your ad. Therefore, your costs are directly tied to the exposure you receive. How does the program work? The first 2 months of the program, your AdWords ad campaign is closely monitored and adjusted to ensure that the program is meeting your specific goals and budget. Thereafter, regular analysis and maintenance is performed (beginning in the 3rd month). We review your campaign once a month. You will receive monthly reports detailing your progress and costs.

Cost: $250 set up fee, $50/mo.- 3 month minimum. You must designate a monthly budget for Google with payment via credit card. Example: Google monthly budget = $300. Total monthly fee - $250 one time set up fee, and $350/mo. (i.e. $50 to AssistGuide to administer the program and $300 to Google for cost per click.) Note: The minimum allowed monthly Google budget is $90/mo., or $3 a day.

Combination

You can utilize both the Online Marketing and the Google AdWords programs.
